Not yet. It’ll
take some time. I’m just telling you all this so that you can plan your next
quantum leap. The current way of the world is not a place that would breed
Einsteins. But it is also not the optimal. I don’t know how many people are
smart enough to see that the current way of the world sucks even for the
puppeteers (or at least for the best of them). It sucks because all the human
potential is restrained and wasted. Current way of the world is a one that
makes the population use CLI on Alienware
PCs.
Let’s explore the evolution of economy
and control system and how manipulation became more subtle, undetectable and irrationally
efficient and less physical. First there was the control system of the apes.
The winner takes it all and the weak gets the leftover. It wasn’t efficient and
the authority was often challenged and it was unstable. Then there came tribes
which were more efficient and powerful. There weren’t many fights within the
tribe and the weak got a fair amount of the resources. It became less about
brute strength and authority wasn’t challenged very often.
The
tribes made countries and countries came with kings. Kings couldn’t control
everything, so there was a hierarchy. The king wasn’t really challenged by the
average population. The fights were only between the ones who were on the top
and even that wasn’t very often. In this complex system there was a role to
play for the citizens. There was the model citizen who carried out the job
he/she was given for the whole life and there wasn’t any choice. It was a very
rigid system and lots of skills were wasted. The whole system was shaken to the
very core during renaissance.
After
some time, the industrial economy took place and the control was taken away
from the visible authorities. From this point, the companies and the people
behind them started manipulating the world from the back of the stage. What was
shown to the world was just an illusion. The politics became more of a dummy
show. The people were trained to work for someone and earn enough to make a
living so that the companies could earn more using these people. The value of
life was reduced to a mere asset. Living people meant business. This is where
things got truly efficient.
The
self-victimizing nature and shortsightedness of the Human1.0 made the system
run smoothly. They always asked for directions for every single thing. People
asked directions on how to live, what to learn, what to eat, what to buy, how
to act, how obey, how to sing, how to dance and even how to f@<K. I’ll stop
talking more about this since you know the drill.
Do
some little research and you’ll see how much potential is wasted. Now the world
is shifting towards Connection Economy. Watch some YouTube vids of Seth Godin
and you’ll have a fair idea about it. The model citizen of the Industrial Economy
was the obedient worker who does what he is taught and told to do which is
becoming more and more replaceable using machines and AIs.
The
model of the Con-Econ is a “Linchpin”.
Here is a quick intro from Seth’s book.
There used to be two teams in
every workplace: management and labor. Now there's a third team, the linchpins.
These people invent, lead (regardless of title), connect others, make things
happen, and create order out of chaos. They figure out what to do when there's
no rule book. They delight and challenge their customers and peers. They love
their work, pour their best selves into it, and turn each day into a kind of
art.
Linchpins are the essential
building blocks of great organizations. Like the small piece of hardware that
keeps a wheel from falling off its axle, they may not be famous but they're
indispensable. And in today's world, they get the best jobs and the most
freedom.
Have you ever found a shortcut that
others missed? Seen a new way to resolve a conflict? Made a connection with
someone others couldn't reach? Even once? Then you have what it takes to become
indispensable, by overcoming the resistance that holds people back. Linchpin
will show you how to join the likes of...
*Keith Johnson, who scours flea
markets across the country to fill Anthropologie stores with unique pieces.
*Marissa Mayer, who keeps Google
focused on the things that really matter.
*Jason Zimdars, a graphic
designer who got his dream job at 37signals without a résumé.
*David, who works at Dean and
Deluca coffeeshop in New York. He sees every customer interaction as a chance
to give a gift and is cherished in return.
As Godin writes, "Every day
I meet people who have so much to give but have been bullied enough or
frightened enough to hold it back. It's time to stop complying with the system
and draw your own map. You have brilliance in you, your contribution is
essential, and the art you create is precious. Only you can do it, and you
must."
Good for you;
right? Yep. But most importantly it’s better for the puppeteers. Things get
more efficient and less potential is wasted. People get to give out their full
extent of abilities to the world and they also get a nice piece of meat. What
many of the few people can’t see is that their Connection Economy is a period
of metamorphosis like the period between the 15th and 18th
century which laid the foundation for something bigger and better for both
sides (Puppets & Puppeteers).
In
Connection Economy, illuminati will lose some of its manipulation abilities.
The period right before the Industrial Revolution was a very dynamic one. The
Con-Economy will also be a period of exploration. If you analyze the modern
trends and how they spread, you can learn more about this. I’ll just move on
towards the future.
Proxy-Econ
is the perfection of Connection Economy. In Connection Economy people will give
out all they have and enjoy it. But they will not evolve in the name of the
system. Proxy-Econ is where the population dedicate themselves to get better day
after day. In this way the system can truly flourish. People will push their limits
and push the system from behind. It’s called Proxy Economy because Linchpins
will act as proxies for the system. The puppeteers will guide the Linchpins and
put them in “right tracks”. The rest will be done by the population
Puppeteers
wouldn’t have to make discoveries and teach the masses what they need to do.
Instead, the masses will find their own ways and do everything on their own.
The puppeteers will only have to do little tweaks and put the people in the
tracks they (puppeteers) desire. This is what I referred to as “irrational efficiency”.
If you are in illuminati’s shoes you wouldn’t have to tell people what to do
and manipulate them as if you are playing Dark Souls . You can play
with the world as if you are playing a strategy game. All you have to do is put
the right elements in the right place. What you desire will happen on its own
and most importantly the masses will discover things that are even better than
what you originally desired.
So why
Einstein?........ Read the following quotes and you might be able to figure it
out on your own. Take your time till I make the revelations.
